PROJECT MANAGER

YOUR MISSION

• Project follow up until the final acceptance for the installation
• Establishing the basic documents for the different departments - Design Office, Supply Chain, Supervision and Assembly, including the general schedule, technical specification, budget, contractual documents and all other documents necessary for the successful completion of the project
• Drawing up the documents and technical specifications for the purchase of the contract's structural equipment.
• Following and managing the technical and commercial aspects of the contract (schedule management, budget management, documentation, certificates, tests and acceptance certificates, ...)
• Preparing reports on the progress of the contract (engineering, assembly, testing)
• Acting as an interface between the client, external partners and internal departments
• Participating in product development (consideration of customer ideas, openness to new ideas)
• Maintaining working tools (specifications, calculations)
• Implementing and monitoring internal and external safety procedures applicable to the contract to ensure that the project is executed correctly and safely
• Collecting safety documents from the client prior to any action on site and ensures their transmission to the supervision and commissioning manager

YOUR PROFILE

• Civil or industrial engineer with three years of experience in project management or implementation in an engineering office
• You know how to anticipate, structure, organise and work in a team
• You have the ability to analyse things globally (helicopter view)
• You are able to set and manage your priorities and are stress resistant
• You are customer-focused; you are autonomous
• You have a perfect command of French and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent command of IT tools such as MS Office and ability to learn other software developed or used
• Applied thermodynamics, physical-chemical phenomena of gases
